These terms apply when you use cleancutslawnmowing.co.nz, request a quote, or book lawn mowing and maintenance with Clean Cuts - Lawn Mowing (“we”, “us”) on the Kapiti Coast, New Zealand.
Quotes and bookings
- Website quote requests are enquiries, not a confirmed booking until we agree the work with you.
- Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (usually 30 days) unless otherwise noted.
- Accepting a quote online (or by reply) confirms you want us to proceed on the terms shown.
- Schedules are arranged by agreement and may change due to weather or access issues.
Services
We provide lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and related tidy-up work as described in your quote or agreed schedule. Property access, pets, and obstacles should be clear so we can work safely.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are as quoted for the work described. Extra work may be charged if agreed on site.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion or within the period on your invoice.
- Please include the invoice number with payment.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Weather cancellations by us will be rebooked at no extra charge.
Insurance and liability
We take reasonable care when working on your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided for that visit, except where New Zealand consumer law says otherwise. You remain responsible for disclosing hazards and securing animals before we arrive.
